HostAir Academy is independent exam preparation for Ontario's Real Estate Salesperson Program, made by HostAir Property Solution Inc. in Toronto. It gives you study notes, practice questions, key terms and timed practice exams so you can walk into each exam prepared.

Exam 1, which tests Course 1, Real Estate Essentials: seven modules and 41 lessons. The question bank and key terms cover all seven modules. Material for the later exams is added as it is written.

No. Every question is original and was written from the current course material in our own words. HostAir Academy is not affiliated with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) or Humber Polytechnic, and it does not publish their exam questions or course text.

A free account includes the study notes and practice questions for the first two modules, one timed practice exam and the key terms. Pro unlocks every module and unlimited practice exams.

You get a timed set of questions balanced across the modules, a question map to move around, and your answers are saved as you go. When you submit, you see your score, the pass mark, a module-by-module breakdown and the explanation for every question.

Yes. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription and you can cancel at any time from Settings. Your progress stays on your account.
